Xiaomi the Chinese start-up , which is also the creator of MIUI Android ROM, has just decided to make the code of MIUI, open-source. Developers can grab the source over at Github, however the entire source is notavailable right now but gonna available  soon.

The current released source is for the Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread version, but as ICS development is currently in progress, we hope to see its source too after its  completion. It is certainly good news for Android ROMdevelopers, now they will able to include to MIUI parts in their custom ROMS easily.
